Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Reykjavik, Iceland. She is an Icelandic CrossFit pro athlete. The owner is of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it as well. Annie is the only female who has ever won in the CrossFit Games two times. She came in second place in both the 2010. CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion, and a popular media figure. The first female to win in the CrossFit Games in 2011, and in 2012, two times. The winner of The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017Annie has gained a lot of attention. Annie was born and raised up in Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents as well as her siblings. In her early years she was an avid lover of exercise and sports. She was a participant in numerous school activities and won a number of medals. Her first competition was CrossFit in California in 2009. She did well at her very first games. Annie Thorisdottir was 31 years old older (as in 2021). She's 5' 7" tall and weighs 67 kilograms. Annie was the first to start CrossFit back in California. She performed well in initial races and placed at the top of the list out of 70. Although she didn't win any title she ended the tournament with 11th rank. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. under the direction of Jami Tikkanen, Annie placed 2nd at the CrossFit Games and was awarded an award of Silver that year. In the following year she again participated in the CrossFit events and thanks to her impressive performance, she took home the competition as the very first woman to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games. Annie's exceptional performance in 2012 helped to her a third CrossFit Games victory. This was her second time that she had won consecutively. She also won a gold medal. Then in 2021 she was awarded the bronze medal. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. Annie's rise in popularity as an athlete has seen her become the face of many sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization Nuunhydration Sidekick Yerbae. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel, which is called "Annie" which has over 1,000 viewers. It is the channel where she uploads videos about eating habits, parenting as well as travel.
