Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes is an American actress best popular for her portrayal of Detective Stella Bonasera in the CBS police procedural drama CSI: NY Dr. Sydney Hansen on the NBC drama series Providence and The Dr. Lane Hunter on the medical drama series The Resident. Additionally, she earned recognition for her TV debut performance on Guiding Light on CBS as Eleni Cooper. The actress has also appeared on 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians, The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted to a movie with Vlas Parlapanides (the team who invented the Immortals) is thought to be in development. In addition, she's shooting for an upcoming TV show called Gods & Heroes.
